Scott Chilcutt, General Manager

Please welcome Scott Chilcutt, the new general manager of the Fifth Floor. Scott was most recently the restaurant manager at Restaurant Gary Danko, here in San Francisco, which recently maintained it's One Star rating by the Michelin Guide. In addition, Restaurant Gary Danko earned a James Beard Award for Best Service under Scott's management. Prior to Restaurant Gary Danko, Scott was the restaurant director at The Restaurant at Domaine Chandon in Yountville and at Campton Place Hotel before.
