For two seasonal excursions a lucky few* will get to spend a day-in-the-life of Chef Baz. The Being Baz experience includes joining Chef Baz for a complete chef-guided tour of the iconic Ferry Building Farmer's Market. Meet the farmers yourself and see what bounty the market has to offer. Following a few hours to explore on your own, reconvene at The Fifth Floor that evening for the meal of your life..
Farmer's Market Tour 10am-12pm: Meet Chef Baz at the clock tower at the Ferry Building at 10 am. Chef Baz will spend an hour and a half touring the Ferry Building with you discussing seasonality, sustainability and what he looks for when shopping at the market. As a group you will purchase everything needed to make dinner for the evening.
Cocktail Hour with Brain Means 6:30pm: Meet and greet with bar manager Brian Means at 630pm. Brian is a critically acclaimed bar manager whose innovation leads the San Francisco bar scene. He will create a fresh seasonal cocktail with herbs and ingredients from the farmer's market to welcome you.
Dinner at The Fifth Floor:Chef Baz will curate a unique 5 course dinner for you with the ingredients purchased at the farmer's market and will guide you through the experience with wine pairings.

Rates start at $225 per person for the market tour and 5 course dinner with wine pairings, with additional cost of $179 if you decided to Make a Night of It with Hotel Palomar accommodations. (All-inclusive cost of $404 for one person, $629 for a couple)
